A DEPOSIT OF AT LEAST HALF IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY PRINT DESIGN OR SHIRT CAN BE DONE. PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE VIA PAYPAL, INVOICE, CASH APP, ZELLE, OR IN STORE. IF INVOICE IS PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD, PLEASE PAY IT WITHIN 48 HOURS OR IT WILL BE CANCELLED. A $5 FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL IF YOU REQUEST A NEW ON
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
THERE ARE NO DESIGN REFUNDS UNLESS SM CREATIVE IS AT FAULT FOR AN ERROR.
IF YOUR ORDER REQUIRES THE PRINT COLOR TO BE CHANGED MORE THAN 2 TIMES THROUGHOUT THE ORDER, YOU WILL BE CHARGED COLOR CHANGING FEES. FEES DEPEND ON HOW MANY TIMES THE COLOR IS CHANGED.
